Inalienable – cannot be taken away, sold, or transferred.
Non-negotiable – absolute, not subject to debate.

Foundation of Your Existence
1	Right to Life	The right to exist; the foundation of all other rights. No one has the right to end your life.
2	Right to Liberty	Freedom to think, speak, move, and act without unlawful interference from others or the system.
3	Right to Property	The right to possess what you have acquired through your own labor, exchange, or creation. Your body is your first and most fundamental property.
4	Right to Self-Determination	The right to make your own choices about your life, body, health, and future, free from coercion or manipulation.
5	Right to Identity	The right to bear your own name, know your ancestry, and define your identity, without it being registered and defined by a system.
Freedom to Live
6	Right to Privacy	The right to live without surveillance, registration, or intrusion into your personal affairs. Your private life is not a public record.
7	Right to Freedom of Thought, Conscience, and Religion	The right to believe what you wish, think what you wish, and live according to your own convictions, as long as you do not harm others.
8	Right to Freedom of Expression	The right to voice your opinion, speak your truth, and make your voice heard, without fear of persecution or censorship.
9	Right to Assembly and Association	The right to peacefully gather with others, form organizations, and collectively advocate for interests.
10	Right to Protection against Arbitrary Interference	The right to be protected against arbitrary arrest, detention, exile, or other forms of government interference not based on actual, proven harm.

14	Right to Health	The right to live in an environment that supports your physical and mental well‑being, and to have access to natural resources that promote health.
15	Right to a Clean and Safe Environment	The right to live in an environment free from toxic substances, pollution, and other man‑made threats.
Protection against the System
16	Right to Truth	The right not to be misled, deceived, or lied to by a system that claims to act in your interest. Lies are a denial of your inherent dignity.
17	Right to the Fruits of Your Labor	The right to enjoy what you have produced with your own hands, mind, and effort, without a system taking a portion by coercion.
18	Right to Access the Natural World	The right to live in and use the natural resources of the Earth. Air, water, soil, and land are for all living beings, not for a system to monopolize or patent.
19	Right to Refuse	The right to say no to any act, registration, treatment, or agreement not entered into with your full, conscious, and free consent. You are not a contracting party unless you choose to be.
20	Right to Self‑Defense	The right to protect yourself, your loved ones, your property, and your freedom against any threat, by any means naturally available to you. Your life is yours, and you have the right to defend it.

22	Right to Communication	The right to freely communicate with others, by any means, without interception, censorship, or registration.

24	Right to Inheritance	The right to determine what happens to your possessions and your legacy after your physical death, without a system seizing what you have built.
